CETINIA's activities in the field of R&D&I enable the Centre to contribute to the training of researchers and technologists. Several PhD theses in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Information Techmnology are defended each year, whose details are available from the web sites of the Research Groups attached to the Centre.

This interuniversity Master programme will train professionals capable of applying Artificial Intelligence solutions to control, optimization and planning problems that arise in the energy and infrastructures sector. Students acquire a professional profile highly demanded by the business sector, where, according to LinkedIn's 2020 Emerging Jobs Report, job offers grew by more than 74% annually.

The Master programme conveys knowledge and capabilities required by top-level professionals in order to solve complex decision-making problems and lead teams in the Information and Knowledge Society, thus providing added value to their organizations.

The Master presents a novel mixture of Information Technology oriented to the construction, management and organization of information systems, on the one hand, and intelligent models and techniques for decision-making, on the other. In this way, high-quality professionals are trained, capable of solving complex problems and leading modern societies, which are in high demand in many top-level companies.

This Master offers a training itinerary that integrates digital competence in education and computing. Training is received in "computational thinking", thus fulfilling the objectives and lines of action proposed by INTEF and reinforcing one of the areas of teaching professionalization that is most in demand today.
